Understanding and defining your processes
Integral Management have a long history of working with ISO standards and Process Improvement techniques to maximise the benefits of operating your Quality Management Systems (QMS) or defining the "critical processes" that support ISO27001 Information Security and Business Continuity.
ISO standards such as ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 require you plan, implement and control the processes needed to meet the requirements. It is up to you as a business to determine how you define those key processes but process engineering can sometimes be confusing as to the best approaches to use.
Integral Management can help you scope which processes to define and document to show alignment to and gain maturity of your QMS/ISMS in meeting the requirements of Clause 8.1 of the ISO standards.
Toolkits can often help kickstart your definition of policies and procedures as you are not working from scratch, but these should be tailored to align closely to your particular business needs.
This service is included in our ISO implementation services as standard. But if you are looking towards certification and need some advice on how to best document and build the relevant processes and procedures to support your ISO implementation journey, then feel free to give us a call.
